The loan amounting to Kshs.3,510,000,000 will support the implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Strategy and strengthen governance for enabling delivery and public investment in Kenya.For the last 20 year France through AFD has been a leading bilateral development partner to the Kenyan government and has made commitments amounting to Kshs.264,000,000,000.
