Third Implementation Support Mission

The Government of Kenya, World Bank and Agence Française de Développement (French development agency) (AFD) jointly undertook the second Implementation Support Mission for the Governance for Enabling Service Delivery and Public Investment in Kenya (GESDeK)

The main objective of the mission was to;

- Review progress in: (a) the achievement of first year's results by results teams and plans for the achievement of results due by June 2019; (b) the establishment of program management arrangements including the independent verification of results, coordination and reporting by the Public Financial Management Reform (PFMR) Secretariat; and (c) implementation of the Program Action Plan (PAP).
